Abhishek Rawat is a dedicated yoga instructor and therapist with a decade of experience, deeply rooted in the spiritual heritage of Rishikesh, India. Growing up amidst the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, Abhishek developed a profound connection with yoga from an early age.
Abhishek Thalwal, a BA Yoga graduate, brings over 5 years of expertise in Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and meditation. His profound knowledge and unwavering commitment to holistic wellness have established him as a respected and trusted guide within the yoga community.
Dr Rohit is born and brought up at Haridwar one of holy pilgrimage in Uttarakhand. He has more than 12 years’ experience in Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Indian Culture. He did his doctorate in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar at 2018.
Pankaj Paswan is a highly qualified and certified yoga instructor, holding a Master of Arts in Yoga and Naturopathy from Uttarakhand Open University, India. He is also certified by the prestigious International Institute of Yoga and Meditation at Ved Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh.
Acharya Siddhant, whose root is “Deep in the Spiritual” and his flowering is “Outside”. He left his house for the sake of knowledge after his graduation, Bachelor in Science (B.Sc.).
Shivam Singh Chauhan, known as Mishra Ji, is a skilled yoga instructor from Dehradun, specializing in Iyengar Yoga and alignment. With a solid educational background and six years of teaching experience, Shivam’s classes focus on precision and holistic well-being, integrating his knowledge of psychology and Ayurveda.
For the 100-hour and 200-hour TTC, no prior experience is required. They are suitable for beginners.
For 300-hour and 500-hour TTC, you must have completed a 200-hour YTT from a Yoga Alliance-registered school.
Yes. Our 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour TTC programs are fully accredited by Yoga Alliance (USA). Graduates can register as RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) after completion.
Note: The 100-hour TTC is not a complete certification but can be credited toward your 200-hour TTC in the future.

4. Lunch and rest
5. Evening practical class
6. Dinner and evening meditation
Sundays are off-days with no classes or meals, and we organize excursions like nature walks, Ganga Aarti, or temple visits.
